Bruno Stroobants
Bruno has broad experience in commercial real estate transactions concerning the purchase and sale of real estate properties (asset deal) and real estate companies (share deal) and all legal aspects of project development. He assists clients with the contracting of different types of real estate contracts such as purchase, rent, leasing, contracting, etc. and advises them on strategic commercial matters. In addition, he has solid experience in the field of real estate litigation and construction.
In 2007, Bruno graduated in law at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL). He then obtained a degree in real estate law at the Catholic University of Brussels (KUB) for the Real Estate Practice in 2008 and added an Executive Master in Real Estate Management (MRE) at the Antwerp Management School (AMS) of the University of Antwerp (UA) in 2014. In 2008, Bruno was admitted to the Brussels Bar.
Bruno has contributed extensively to the Kluwer publication “Manual for the Real Estate Developer”, with a focus on the roles of participants in a development (contractor, security coordinator, engineer, project developer, project manager). He also writes for legal periodicals.
Bruno beschikt over brede ervaring in commerciële vastgoedtransacties inzake de aan- en verkoop van vastgoedobjecten (asset deal) en vastgoedvennootschappen (share deal) en in alle juridische aspecten van projectontwikkeling. Hij begeleidt cliënten bij de contractsluiting van verschillende types van vastgoedcontracten zoals koop, huur, leasing, aanneming, etc. en adviseert hen op strategisch-commercieel vlak. Daarnaast beschikt hij over gedegen ervaring op het gebied van procesvoering voor vastgoed en de bouw.
In 2007 studeerde Bruno af in de rechten aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL). Vervolgens behaalde hij voor de Real Estate-praktijk een graduaat in vastgoedrecht aan de Katholieke Universiteit Brussel (KUB) in 2008 en voegde daar in 2014 een Executive Master in Real Estate Management (MRE) aan de Antwerp Management School (AMS) van de Universiteit Antwerpen (UA) aan toe. In 2008 werd Bruno tot de Brusselse balie toegelaten.
Bruno heeft een aanzienlijke bijdrage geleverd aan de Kluwer-publicatie “Handboek voor projectontwikkeling”, met een nadruk op de rollen van deelnemers aan een ontwikkeling (aannemer, veiligheidscoördinator, ingenieur, projectontwikkelaar, projectbeheerder). Hij schrijft ook voor juridische vaktijdschriften.
