Bruno Stroobants
Bruno Stroobants is a partner at Lydian, affiliated with the Real Estate, Environment & Regulatory practice. He graduated with a law degree from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2007. In 2008, he obtained a postgraduate degree in real estate law from the Catholic University of Brussels, and in 2014, he added an Executive Master in Real Estate Management from the Antwerp Management School at the University of Antwerp. He began his career at Lydian as an associate in 2008 and was appointed partner in 2024.
Bruno is also a board member of the Real Estate Society vzw and teaches construction law at the Antwerp Management School (Master in Real Estate Management).
He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions involving the purchase and sale of real estate assets (asset deals) and real estate companies (share deals), as well as in all legal aspects of project development. He assists clients in drafting and negotiating various types of real estate contracts, such as sale, lease, leasing, construction, etc., and advises them on strategic and commercial matters. In addition, he has solid experience in real estate and construction litigation.
Bruno Stroobants is binnen Lydian als partner verbonden aan de Real Estate, Environment & Regulatory-praktijk. In 2007 studeerde Bruno af in de rechten aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Vervolgens behaalde hij voor de Real Estate-praktijk een graduaat in vastgoedrecht aan de Katholieke Universiteit Brussel in 2008 en voegde daar in 2014 een Executive Master in Real Estate Management aan de Antwerp Management School van de Universiteit Antwerpen aan toe. Hij begon zijn loopbaan bij Lydian als associate in 2008, waar hij ondertussen in 2024 werd benoemd tot partner.
Bruno is tevens bestuurslid van de Real Estate Society vzw. Hij is ook docent bouwrecht aan de Antwerp Management School (Master in Real Estate Management).
Bruno beschikt over brede ervaring in commerciële vastgoedtransacties inzake de aan- en verkoop van vastgoedobjecten (asset deal) en vastgoedvennootschappen (share deal) en in alle juridische aspecten van projectontwikkeling. Hij begeleidt cliënten bij de contractsluiting van verschillende types van vastgoedcontracten zoals koop, huur, leasing, aanneming, etc. en adviseert hen op strategisch-commercieel vlak. Daarnaast beschikt hij over gedegen ervaring op het gebied van procesvoering voor vastgoed en de bouw.
