Sinds 1 januari 2020 moeten alle aanbestedingen voor overheidsopdrachten, behoudens uitzonderlijke gevallen, via het digitale e-Procurement platform worden ingediend. Dit is een federaal platform dat volledig gratis is voor zowel de aanbestedende overheid als de ondernemer. Om het platform te gebruiken zijn een aantal technische eisen van belang:
